The ExxonMobil facility required a storage system capable of improving product flow while maintaining strict safety standards across the warehouse. To achieve this, Locators designed a First In / First Out (FIFO) gravity roller pallet racking system, allowing pallets to flow automatically through the lanes. This ensures correct stock rotation while improving efficiency and reducing manual handling.
Alongside the FIFO system, standard pallet racking was installed to provide additional storage flexibility, while A-Safe polymer safety barriers were introduced to protect infrastructure, equipment and personnel.
Due to the nature of the site, the project demanded a high level of expertise in both system design and installation. Following completion, the installation received excellent feedback from the end user, confirming the effectiveness of the solution.
