What We Provided Beyond Retail
Since its inception in 2011, Beyond Retail has continually evolved to meet customer expectations. They now boast a vast selection of over 20,000 products from 50 manufacturers and brands. Their team typically cater to the realms of bathrooms, kitchens, heating, and lighting. However, their expansive range of own-brand products specifically caters to the budget-conscious. This establishes them as a preferred destination for both homeowners and tradespeople.
Annually, more than 2 million individuals flock to their three online retail brands. However, the introduction of larger bathroom furniture and sanitaryware required expansion. For over a decade, Beyond Retail has relied on our expertise to find solutions in material handling during critical growth phases. In response to their latest needs, we recommended the Toyota 8FBMKT25. This is an 80-volt, 2.5-tonne electrically powered forklift truck. The truck has a tough steel "Comfort" cabin, which makes loading and unloading fast and easy in any weather.
Standard on all Toyota trucks, the System of Active Stability (SAS) ensures it remains among the safest and most efficient on the market. It also facilitates indoor and outdoor operations with its quiet, emission-free performance. The impact of the new Toyota forklift has been significant. It's enhanced their operational efficiency and enabled quicker, more reliable customer deliveries. To further support their expansion, we have since supplied them with two new Aisle-Masters. These have helped boost their capacity to manage more goods with the same precision and ease.
